Israeli Pay-TV Platform Drops CNN

JERUSALEM, November 5: According to wire reports, Israeli
pay-TV provider Hot Telecommunications has dropped CNN from its lineup after
being unable to reach a new carriage agreement with the news network.

Reuters reports that Hot is not planning to replace CNN with
another news channel, as it already distributes Fox News, Sky News and BBC
World. CNN is still available on the satellite platform Yes.
