Industry Veteran Milt Avruskin Passes Away

TORONTO: Milt Avruskin, who was the voice of Superstars of Wrestling in the 1970s and International Wrestling in the ’80s, passed away last week at the age of 64.

In addition to his credits as part of Canadian Pro Wrestling, Avruskin was the VP of TV at Peter Simpson’s Northstar Entertainment. Most recently, he served as the general manager of Rebel Media Ventures International in Toronto. He will be succeeded at Rebel Media by his son Aaron Avruskin, who has been serving as the executive in charge of sales and development.
