Incendo Begins Production on Mistaken

MONTREAL, July 27: Production has begun on Mistaken, a new TV movie from Canada’s Incendo Productions
and the U.K.’s Power for TMN: The Movie Network, Movie Central and Super Ecran
in Canada, and Lifetime in the U.S.

Mistaken’s North
American distribution rights will be handled by Incendo, while Power will
handle the rest of the world.

Starring Lana Parrilla (24, Boomtown), Mistaken follows Nellie, a distraught recent divorcee, as she impulsively goes
on a journey to track down the woman who has stolen her identity. Shot on
location in Montreal, the film also stars James Thomas (Flirting with
Danger, Blind Injustice
) and Bénédicte
Décary (Le négociateur) and is
directed by Richard Roy (Thrill of the Kill, Abducted).

Mistaken is Incendo’s
third TV movie produced this year. The first two were Lethal
Obsession
, starring Kellie Martin and
directed by Philippe Gagnon, and Voices, starring Amy Acker and directed by Don Terry. The company has
developed a niche for itself in female-driven thrillers. It plans to produce a
total of 6 TV movies this year.
