IMG, Glassman Media in Multi-Year Development, Distribution Pact

LOS ANGELES, April 15: IMG and reality television production
outfit Glassman Media have formed a multi-year partnership to develop, produce
and distribute original unscripted television series and formats.

Under the agreement, Glassman Media will exclusively develop
and produce original formats for IMG Global Media. Andrew Glassman, the head of
Glassman Media, will work closely with Chris Albrecht, the head of global media
at IMG, and Rob Lee, the head of programming for the same division at IMG.
Glassman Media’s most recent production, Bingo America, a game-show strip hosted by Patrick Duffy, began
its 40-episode prime-time run on GSN on March 31. It will be the first Glassman
Media series to be distributed by IMG under the new alliance.

IMG's financial investment in the partnership will fund the
companies' joint project development across television, online and mobile. Glassman Media will scale up its
production infrastructure to staff and produce the new projects. Meanwhile, IMG
will handle the worldwide distribution of the formats and video assets
resulting from the pact. The partnership also enables Glassman to develop
projects with IMG's worldwide network of sports, fashion and entertainment
talent and production partners.

Glassman Media's previous studio deal at FOX Television
Studios yielded original formats that were sold and produced in more than 20
countries. The company’s credits include NBC's Average Joe, whose first-season finale attracted more than 25
million viewers, ranking as the second highest-rated reality telecast in NBC
network history; NBC’s Three Wishes;
ABC’s The Ex-Wives Club and National
Bingo Night
.

Lee said: "This agreement with Glassman Media is
another important building block in making IMG a fully integrated, worldwide
entertainment entity. Andrew is an exceptional talent in that he is equally at
home in unscripted story and game driven reality content."
