iCarly Continues to Grab International Slots

LONDON: MTV Networks International (MTVNI) has racked up a slew of new sales for its live-action teen sitcom iCarly.

The series, which features the webcasts of Carly Shay and her friends Sam and Freddie, has been sold to Network 10 in Australia and Vrak, the French-language Canadian channel, which picked up season two. In Norway, pubcaster NRK also went for the second season. In Latin America, Colombia’s City TV took episodes 1 to 52, while Monte Carlo TV in Uruguay went for all of season one. Also in Latin America, Medcom in Panama renewed iCarly‘s first season and grabbed new episodes from season two. TeleNica of Nicaragua also bagged fresh episodes from season two.
