Hot in Cleveland Lands Sky U.K. Slot

CANNES: Endemol Worldwide Distribution has signed a deal with BSkyB in the U.K. for the hit comedy Hot in Cleveland, which airs on TV Land in the U.S. and has been picked up in territories such as Canada and Australia. 

Produced by TV Land, Hot in Cleveland stars Valerie  Bertinelli, Jane Leeves and Wendie Malick, who are in Cannes promoting the global rollout, as well as TV legend Betty White. The show was the number one cable sitcom in the U.S. and has also scored successful ratings in Canada and Australia. Endemol Worldwide Distribution said that it expects to announce a number of further deals soon, in addition to sales in Germany and Turkey.
