What are some of your top properties for MIPCOM?

Angelina Ballerina: the Next Steps series three and four, Thomas & Friends series 1300, Fireman Sam series six and seven, Monkey See Monkey Do series one and Clay Play series one.

Why will these programs appeal to buyers?

These are top quality preschool shows and while incredibly varied, they all share a number of core values. They have entertaining stories, strong characters, rich worlds, high production values and great music but at the same time, they all have a strong educational angle. That’s very important to us.

What are your goals and expectations MIPCOM?

As ever I think it will be busy! With commission and production budgets cut across the market, the interest in acquisitions naturally grows—particularly across strong brands such as ours.

Is there any other information you would like to share regarding your plans for MIPCOM?

We will be presenting three strong new shows in development; Mike the Knight, Hippo’s House and The Real Mees.
