LONDON: Carl Hall has taken sole control of Parthenon Entertainment Group, after its majority stakeholder, private-investment firm Arkaga, went into administration.
In November 2007, Arkaga Fund acquired Parthenon Entertainment and combined it with Entara. Arkaga has now gone into administration. Hall, via a new venture, Parthenon Media Group, has taken back full control of Parthenon Entertainment Group. He founded Parthenon in 2002 as a wildlife content distributor and led the company’s expansion into a broader factual slate as well as kids’ fare.
According to a Parthenon spokesperson, there will be no redundancies following Hall’s takeover.
