Haber Takes on Ultimate Blackjack Tour

PALISADES PARK, August 28:
Alfred Haber Distribution has secured the international distribution rights to
the Ultimate Blackjack Tour,
launching on the CBS Sports block next month.

The first season of
10×1-hour episodes premieres September 16 on CBS. The network has already
committed to a second season of ten episodes for launch in February 2007.

The Ultimate Blackjack
Tour combines blackjack with
poker. Contestants try to outwit each
other and survive the elimination rounds. “Blackjack is by far
the most popular table game in casinos throughout the world,” commented Robert
Kennedy, the executive VP of worldwide sales at Alfred Haber Distribution.
“With the special elimination format created for this series that forces
players to start strategizing from the beginning, coupled with a top-notch
production team, we are confident that the Ultimate Blackjack Tour will
be a winner around the world.”
