Guy Martin Stars in New TV5MONDE Series

HONG KONG: On October 15, the French-language TV5MONDE is to launch the new show Epicerie Fine, hosted by the multi-Michelin star chef Guy Martin as he honors signature ingredients of French haute cuisine. 

Each half-hour episode features a profile of a particular product, looking at its origin and history, as well as the business and environmental challenges of its production. Haute cuisine recipes and exclusive cooking tips will be provided by Martin to rollout across TV5MONDE channels in February 2012. 

The show will air every Saturday on TV5MONDE Asie and TV5MONDE Pacifique in French with subtitles.
