Gordon Ramsay Christmas Special Grabs Slots

LONDON: Optomen International has notched up a number of deals on Gordon Ramsay’s Ultimate Christmas, with broadcasters in the U.S., Scandinavia, Central and Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia all signing up for the show.

The two-part special has been picked up by BBC Worldwide for BBC America and BBC Lifestyle feeds in Africa, Asia and Poland. Viasat took on the rights for Denmark, Norway and Sweden, while TV Paprika is taking the show to Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and Moldova. Real Lifestyle Network in India has also bought the special. In the U.K., the program will air under the title Christmas with the Ramsays on Channel 4.
