German Slot for Shaftesbury’s Connor Undercover

TORONTO: Nickelodeon Germany has picked up both seasons of the live-action kids’ adventure series Connor Undercover from Shaftesbury Sales Company.

The sale of the 39 episodes marks Shaftesbury’s first deal with Nick Germany, which reaches 38.6 million homes. The channel launches the series on August 22. The tween-targeted show focuses on a 15-yer-old spy buff whose life becomes filled with real-life intrigue when the daughter of the leader of a small island nation takes refuge with his family in order to escape political danger at home. The show is airing on ABC in Australia, Boomerang in Latin America, Gulli in France, VRT in Belgium, and will premiere on Family Channel in Canada on September 17.
