Genius Targets Christian Content Market

SANTA MONICA, June 25: Home entertainment distributor Genius
Products has entered into a deal with EMI Music North America's Christian Music
Group (CMG) division as it looks to target the Christian retail market.

EMI CMG Distribution becomes the exclusive distributor of
Genius Products in Christian retail markets. Genius’s chairman, Stephen K. Bannon,
noted that the alliance “solidifies our foundation and commitment to the
Faith-based business and opens tremendous growth opportunities for this
category. By combining EMI CMG's 2,300 retail locations with our new and
existing content we immediately become one of the leading content providers in
the faith vertical. We will continue to expand the quality content we offer in
the four verticals of Sports, Family/Faith, Lifestyle and Independent
Film."

EMI CMG Distribution is one of the world's largest Christian
music and video distributors and has a dedicated sales and fulfillment system
servicing more than 2,300 Christian retail stores throughout North America.
CMG's planned rollout of new titles from Genius Products, beginning in the
third quarter of 2007, includes theatrical films, direct to DVD movies,
animated children's programming and live-action family films.

Genius’s faith-based upcoming releases include the
theatrical features The Penny and The
Christmas Candle
. These films will be the
first two releases from the deal between The Weinstein Company (TWC) and Impact
Entertainment focused on producing and acquiring theatrical and direct-to-video
titles for the faith-based community. Genius is co-owned by TWC and is its home
entertainment partner.
