FX Renews Damages

LOS ANGELES, November 13:
FX has ordered two more seasons of the legal thriller Damages, which finished airing its first season on the
network last month.

The two new seasons will
total 26 episodes. The second season is scheduled to begin production in New
York early next year, assuming the writer’s strike comes to an end.

The series, starring Glenn
Close, Rose Byrne and Tate Donovan, averaged 2.5 million total viewers per
first-run episode, according to Nielsen Media Research.
