Friday TV Scores U.S. Deal for Single Moms Format

STOCKHOLM, April 9: Friday
TV, part of Metronome Film & Television, has sold 10 episodes of its
entertainment format Single Moms
to Rocket Science in the U.S., who will produce a local version for the cable
channel TLC.

The Single Moms format has now been sold into ten countries. The
U.S. version is slated for a tentative rollout on TLC before this summer. TLC
reaches more than 97 million households in North America.

"We're delighted that
the Single Moms format will be
broadcast worldwide, and we're proud of its success," said Estelle von
Schinkel, the managing director of Friday TV. "We've now sold the format
in 10 countries. And this is our second sale to a U.S. operation, which is
really great. Earlier, we sold Clash of the Choirs, which NBC network broadcast in December."
