French Deals for Cineflix

LONDON: Cineflix International Distribution has scored a raft of deals with French broadcasters for its slate of in-house and third-party programming.

W9 picked up all three seasons of the forensic crime investigation series Cold Blood, along with both seasons of Conviction Kitchen. W9 also went for the documentary series Eaten Alive and Glasshead Productions’ hour-long special My Monkey Baby.

The digital terrestrial broadcaster Direct 8 licensed the first four seasons of Huge Moves, as well as 27 episodes of the airline disaster documentary series Mayday. All 67 hours of the eight-season Mayday franchise have now been sold into France across Direct 8, W9, France 5 and M6.

Planete recently took on the fifth season of Border Security and the American version produced for ABC, Border Security USA, giving the channel all episodes of the property. The TF1 family of cable and satellite channels picked up World’s Greenest Homes 2 for Ushuaia and Weddings SOS 4 for Odyssee.

Cuisine TV snapped up the hit series Eat Yourself Sexy, featuring nutrition guru Gillian McKeith.
