Fremantle has elevated Angela Neillis to senior VP of non-scripted content and Rebecca Dundon to VP of scripted content.

Neillis joined Fremantle in 2013 and has led the efforts in boosting the distributor’s non-scripted slate. In her new role, Neillis will head the London and L.A. non-scripted content acquisitions teams and continue to drive Fremantle’s non-scripted acquisition strategy.

Dundon will continue to head up the scripted content team and will expand her remit to oversee scripted acquisitions for Fremantle’s distribution division globally, including North America.

Both roles will report to Jens Richter, CEO, International, at Fremantle.

The company is now looking to hire a new acquisitions manager to join the non-scripted content team. The role will be responsible for identifying new premium content for acquisition, negotiating deals and expanding Fremantle’s producer relationships. The position reports into Neillis.

Richter said: “We’re enormously proud of the direction that both Angela and Rebecca have taken our pipeline over the past few years. Their commercial acumen and remarkable range of relationships with top producers has been integral to our company strategy and their ability to bring producers and content into the Fremantle family has developed our slate into a compelling mix of shows that have helped put Fremantle at the top of the content game.”
