FME Announces Asian Sales of 1,500 Programming Hours

SINGAPORE, December 10: As
the ATF opened in Singapore today, FremantleMedia Enterprises (FME) announced
the sale of more than 1,500 programming hours to broadcasters across the region
in the past two months covering a range of genres.

Thailand's True TV scored
more than 200 hours for its 2009 schedule, include three shows that FME
launched at MIPCOM: Original Productions' America's Toughest Jobs, 1,000 Ways to Die and Verminators.
The channel also scored two properties from FME's Travel Channel slate, Ghost Adventurers
and Extreme.
Other pickups include Britney:
For the Record,
Iconic Ironic America and The BRIT Awards 2009, the comedies Clone, IT Crowd season
three and Comedy
Inc
season three, plus returning series like America's
Got Talent
and Project Runway.

Solar in the Philippines opted for drama with The Strip, as well as Britney: For the
Record, America's Toughest Jobs
, Reality Bites Back, America's Got Talent season three, Project Runway
season five and The
Price is Right
.

Mediacorp in Singapore and Media Prima also acquired America's
Toughest Jobs
and Britney: For the Record, which also went to Zee India.

Deals for a host of other titles were sealed with HTV Vietnam, RTB
Brunei, PTS Taiwan, ABS-CBN in the Philippines, Juita
Viden, Trans TV Indonesia and Discovery India.
