FIC’s Utilisima Joins Verizon FiOS Roster

NEW YORK: Verizon FiOS TV has expanded its Spanish-language offerings with the addition of Fox International Channels’ Utilisima U.S.

The lifestyle channel is broadcast 100 percent in Spanish. Its programming spans genres such as food, home improvement, health and beauty, parenting and crafts. The channel is available in the FiOS TV Extreme HD, Ultimate HD, La Conexion and Spanish-language packages. The FiOS channel lineup includes 27 Spanish-language channels, in addition to some 40 other international channels covering more than 20 languages.

"Verizon is once again enhancing FiOS TV’s multicultural channel lineup, this time with the country’s newest Spanish-language network," said Suzette Baez, the director of content strategy and acquisition for Verizon. "With the introduction of Utilisima U.S., we continue to grow our already diverse selection of multicultural content, once again making FiOS TV the ultimate home-entertainment experience."
