Eyeworks’ Game-Show Format Sold into 16 Countries

AMSTERDAM, October 17: Dutch producer Eyeworks has sold its
prime-time game-show format Beat The Blondes into some 16 countries following its MIPCOM launch last week.

Created and developed by Eyeworks, Beat The Blondes features two rounds of questions that will determine
whether one contestant can beat 50 blondes and win the ultimate prize of $1
million.

Reinout Oerlemans, the CEO of Eyeworks, commented: “It has
been a very exciting week for us. From day one I strongly believed in the
format and was prepared to invest in it. The overwhelming response during
MIPCOM feels like being rewarded for our enthusiasm and confidence. The
strategy of investing in our creativity has proven to be the right one, since
the show is going into production straight from MIPCOM, where normally mostly
options are agreed.”
