Eurodata Offers Up Pakistan TV Research

PARIS, July 12: Eurodata TV
Worldwide has entered into a partnership with Gallup in Pakistan to offer up TV
ratings for more than 35 channels in the country.

Audience research is available
dating back to January 2000 and can be provided for specific age groups, income
brackets and other demographics.

Pakistan’s TV market is led by the pubcaster Pakistan
Television Corporation, which had a 77.2-percent total audience share in 2005.
Its main channel, PTV, is the market leader with an audience share of 57.7
percent. Among PTV’s top-performing shows last year was the love story Sassi.
