ESS to Launch U.S. Version of SportsCenter in Asia

SINGAPORE, October 3: ESPN STAR Sports (ESS) will launch the
American version of SportsCenter in
Southeast Asia, as well as in Hong Kong and China, beginning Monday, October 8.

The U.S. version of SportsCenter is the sixth edition of this popular franchise to be
launched in Asia by ESPN STAR Sports. Asian, Indian, Malaysian as well as
Cantonese and Mandarin versions of SportsCenter are also delivered across the region and are tailor-made to
suit the tastes of local sports fans.

The U.S. version of the popular sports news program will air
on weekdays at 2 p.m., exclusively on ESPN. Viewers will be now be able to
catch popular SportsCenter anchors such
as Trey Wingo, Chris Berman, Linda Cohn and Stuart Scott. SportsCenter has
consistently ranked as one of the highest-rated programs on American
television. It has
been broadcast more than any other show in American television history, with
more than 30,000 unique episodes aired so far. Covering
key American sports such as the National Basketball Association, Major League
Baseball, National Hockey League, National Football League, NASCAR racing, NCAA
college sports and much more, the U.S. edition of SportsCenter brings news, highlights and analysis for American sports
fans every weekday.
