EPIX Signs First-Look Deal with Worldwide Biggies

NEW YORK: The first project signed under a brand-new first-look deal between EPIX and Worldwide Biggies is the special My: Moment, which gives a look into the mind of Olympic gold medal skier Lindsay Vonn.

My: Moment is already in production and slated for broadcast on EPIX in January 2011. The special is co-created by Albie Hecht, the founder of Worldwide Biggies, and directors Sean and Andrea Fine. My: Moment is also being co-produced with IMG Entertainment.

Worldwide Biggies produces and creates interactive properties for distribution across all platforms. In addition to My: Moment, Hecht has a development deal in place with Syfy for Worldwide Biggies’ first-of-its-kind transmedia property, Dr. What, and will be releasing its first original character property, Bigby, as an iPhone game later this summer.
