eOne Sells Slew of Titles Around the Globe

TORONTO/LOS ANGELES: Entertainment One (eOne) has finalized several international sales for a number of titles, including Klondike, a six-part mini-series, and Bitten, a supernatural thriller.

Klondike has been picked up by Discovery in Latin America, Asia Pacific, Central Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Dates, from the creator of Skins, is headed to SBS Netherlands, Globosat in Brazil and Canal+ in Spain.

The drama series Saving Hope has been licensed by Turner in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The show was also taken by UKTV in the U.K., RTL in Germany, ProSiebenSat.1 TV Deutschland in Germany, D-Smart in Turkey and Zon in Portugal.

Bitten has been snapped up by HBO Nordic, which also went for the first three seasons of The Walking Dead, seasons 1 and 2 of Hell on Wheels and The Firm.

For French-speaking Canada, TVA Groupe took The Devil You Know, Horses of McBride, It's Christmas Carol, The Carpenter's Miracle, Guess Who's Coming to Christmas, Window Wonderland, Goodnight for Justice: Measure of a Man, Goodnight for Justice: Queen of Hearts, Reel Love, Tom, Dick & Harriet and Smilin Jack.

eOne has placed the DVD rights for the first four seasons of The Walking Dead with 20th Century FOX in Italy, and has sold the season 4 free-TV rights to RTL 2 in Germany. Additional sales include Perfect Storms to NGCI in Asia; Dangerous Persuasions to Network 18 in India and RTL in Germany; and Window Wonderland to France's M6.
