English & Pockett Closes Shop

LONDON,
January 14: After 23 years in business, branding agency English & Pockett
is closing up shop, shutting both its London headquarters and its recently
opened Singapore office.

According
to a statement from English & Pockett, the move comes after “senior
management decided to part ways to pursue new ventures post the retirement of
the company founder Darrell Pockett.”

The company’s managing director, Richard Wallman, noted: “The
E&P brand has been a much respected and highly regarded company for the
last two decades and it has been a very difficult decision for myself and the
board of directors to move on. We would like to thank all our loyal staff,
clients and business partners for making the company a multi award winning one
and for their valuable support in our past success.”
