BUDAPEST: The hit Endemol game show The Money Drop continues to roll out across Central and Eastern Europe, with new commissions in the Baltic States and Serbia.

Endemol has signed multi-territory deals in CEE for the show. Viasat in the Baltic States and Pink TV in Serbia have both commissioned the game show, which is among Endemol’s highlights at DISCOP. Viasat’s deal includes 12 episodes in Estonia, 18 in Lithuania and 25 in Latvia. Viasat will produce the shows in-house, launching the show later this year in prime time. Pink TV in Serbia commissioned two prime-time runs of 40 episodes, to be produced by Adrenalin Productions. The Pink TV version will also be broadcast across Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.

The recent deals build on The Money Drop‘s current reach in CEE, where the show has aired in Russia (Rossiya), Kazakhstan (Channel 7), Greece (Mega), Hungary (TV2), Turkey (Show TV) and Poland (TVP2).

Marina Williams, Endemol’s CEO of Central and Eastern Europe, said: “The Money Drop is packed with drama and nail-biting jeopardy, and the irresistible game play clearly appeals to viewers across the region. Concluding major deals in the Baltic States and Serbia is a great way for us to start DISCOP 2011.”

Along with The Money Drop, Endemol is at DISCOP presenting Secret Story, My Kitchen Rules, Coming Soon: Love, Odd One In, Forgive Me and Wipeout
