Endemol Scores 1 vs. 100 Deals

HILVERSUM, October 3: Endemol International has licensed its
game show 1 vs. 100—which launches
on NBC in the U.S. next week—into 15 markets, the format giant announced
today.

Israeli commercial broadcaster Reshet has commissioned the show
for 12 episodes in a weekly prime-time slot. Broadcast is slated for early next
year. The first series is now expected to broadcast in early 2007. This follows
the recent news of a pickup by ATV in Hong Kong.

Meanwhile, another Endemol game show also airing on NBC, Deal
or No Deal
, has been commissioned for a
second season on Reshet, for launch later this year, airing three times a week.
