Endemol CEO Tapped for MIPTV Keynote

PARIS,
December 8: Ynon Kreiz, the CEO of the Endemol group, is set to deliver a
keynote speech at this year's MIPTV, which will take place from March 30 to
April 3.

Kreiz has been at the helm
of Endemol since June 1, previously working as an investor in the media
industry. He served as the chairman and CEO of Fox Kids Europe, a channel he founded with
Haim Saban in 1996. The service expanded to 56 countries in 17 languages across
Europe and the Middle East.

Kreiz commented:
"MIPTV is a pivotal event in the TV industry calendar and 2009 is set to
be the most challenging year our sector has faced in over a decade. In this
climate, content creators will need to be bold and innovative in order to
achieve growth and I'm very grateful to have this opportunity to share our
plans for Endemol's global business."

Paul Johnson, the director of television for Reed MIDEM, added: "The Endemol
group has an incredible record of creative formats with worldwide appeal that
have been setting the standards in TV production for almost 15 years. Ynon is
steering Endemol on a new path which includes strengthening the core business
as well as Endemol's continued growth in scripted content, digital media
production/distribution, expanding Endemol's geographic reach and diversifying
into new areas of activity. Undoubtedly, Endemol's keynote will be one of the
highlights of our MIPTV conference program next year."
