Electric Entertainment Names VP of Business & Legal Affairs

Erica Small has been promoted from senior counsel, business and legal affairs, to the role of VP of business and legal affairs.

“Erica has been a pivotal member of the legal department over the years and continues to demonstrate remarkable growth and leadership as her role expands within the team,” said Craig Gates, head of business and legal affairs at Electric Entertainment. “I look forward to continuing to work with her as she takes on her additional responsibilities.”

In her new role, Small will continue to serve as lead production counsel for all of Electric’s original films and TV series, handling legal matters throughout the course of the project. Small is responsible for structuring, drafting, reviewing, revising and negotiating talent and production agreements.
