Dori to Showcase New Novelas at ATF

TEL AVIV, November 18:
Dori Media Group will be offering buyers at the upcoming Asia TV Forum a range
of new telenovelas, headlined by Cupid:
The Business of Love.

Cupid is
a romantic comedy starring Ana Maria Orozco, who starred in the original Colombian Betty la fea. The novela tells the story
of two rival divorce lawyers who die in a car accident and are on their way to
hell, but are spared a second chance if they will devote their lives to
bringing people together. They form a wedding-planning agency that not only
brings couples together, but also shows them that love might just be right in front
of them.

Dori
is also presenting Amanda O, the
first cross-platform novela available for the Internet, TV and mobile. The
series, produced in HD, follows a famous diva who wakes up one day robbed of
her identity and must fight to reclaim her life. Amanda O is headed by international stars Natalia Oreiro and
Luciano Castro.

Just As I Am tells the story of two
very opposite people who are brought together by a drawing that comes to life.
For a younger audience, Teen Champions looks
at two people from different economic backgrounds whose destines are connected
forever as the result of an innocent bet. The story is an adaptation of the
telenovela The Champion.

Targeted
at families and children is The Wizardess,
which follows a beautiful young girl who lives a harsh existence. One night,
she is magically transported to an unfamiliar world known as the Land of Oz and
learns that she was chosen to save the kingdom for the tyranny of a wicked
witch.
