TEL AVIV: Dori Media Group has teamed up with Israeli director Givon Snir to launch a new multichannel network called MeMeMe.

The network will be based in Tel Aviv, where Snir and Anat Szekely, currently Dori Media’s head of digital, will manage it. Snir and Szekely will also act as the venture’s joint CEOs.

“We’re excited to see an international platform for creators being built in Israel,” said Tal Sela, the YouTube partnerships manager for Turkey, Africa and Israel. “Israeli creators have succeeded in exporting formats to other countries and there’s great potential for them to have increased global success, including via this new partnership with Dori Media’s experience group of format creators.”

Nadav Palti, the president and CEO of Dori Media Group, commented: “Dori Media is a pioneer in the Israel digital media industry, as the launch of MeMeMe reflects. Israel’s digital media platforms are constantly growing and evolving, and we are well positioned to take advantage of the increased opportunities to monetize content that MeMeMe brings. We look forward to working with Givon Snir to make MeMeMe successful.”
