Donohoe to Leave Granada Ventures

LONDON, April 4: Gerry
Donohoe will step down as managing director of Granada Ventures at the end of
this month.

Donohoe will leave the
company, part of ITV Worldwide, at the end of April after supporting the merger
of Granada Ventures and Granada International into one single entity.

Donohoe
has been with ITV for more than 17 years. During his tenure at Granada
Ventures, he was responsible for managing the Thunderbirds licensing initiative, and has brought a diverse
range of top names and brands to Granada Ventures, including personalities like
Catherine Tate and Al Murray, Little
Britain
, The Royle Family and the BBC’s Numberjacks.

Peter Iacono, the managing
director and president of ITV Worldwide, said: During his time at Granada Ventures, Gerry's
expertise has significantly raised the visibility of the company and brought
some of the U.K.’s biggest and most popular brands into the ITV family. He has
been a great manager and valued colleague and we wish him all the very best for
the future.”
