Dolphin Entertainment Inks Merchandise Deal for Roxy Hunter

MIAMI, November 12:
Dolphin Entertainment has reached a three-year marketing and licensing deal
with the apparel retailer Tween Brands for its girl-skewing TV movie franchise Roxy
Hunter
.

The partnership will kick
off over the holiday season with a Roxy Hunter sweepstakes followed by an exclusive merchandise
launch in 2008 that will be featured across all marketing channels within Tween
Brands, including online, catalog and in store.

The first title in the
series, Roxy Hunter and the Mystery of the Moody Ghost, premiered on Nickelodeon on October 30 to 1.2
million viewers. The story follows 9-year-old Roxy, played by actress Aria
Wallace (The Perfect Man), and
her family as they move into a spooky, old house in the country where she
stumbles into a world of unsolved mysteries. With the help of her best friend
Max, an 11-year-old genius, she embarks on a mission to solve a crime, save
their house and re-unite a lost love from beyond the grave.

The Mystery of the
Moody Ghost
will be followed in
late January 2008 by The Secret of the Shaman. Fifteen titles are scheduled for production over
the next five years.

Dolphin has also secured a
book deal with Penguin’s Children’s Books, who will release an accompanying Roxy
Hunter
novel with each movie
release and a “Roxy Diary” which gives a first-person account of the mystery
from the perspective of Roxy herself. Each novel closely follows the story of
the screenplay. Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has agreed to distribute Roxy
Hunter
internationally.

The Roxy Hunter website www.roxyhunter.com, which launched October
17, allows kids to help solve mysteries along with Roxy and her friends.
