Distraction Adds Eco Format to MIPTV Lineup

LONDON, March 21: Distraction has added the eco-friendly
format How Clean Is Your Planet? to its
lineup at MIPTV this year.

Originally produced by Marc St-Onge for Télé-Québec in
Canada, How Clean Is Your Planet? is a
weekly magazine format that explores the variety of actions consumers can take
to help slow the effects of climate change. It covers everything from the
reality of green nuclear power and the proliferation of eco-tourism to the
truth behind hybrid cars.

Marc St-Onge also created and produced Eco-House: The
Challenge, another eco-friendly format that
has been picked up in France. In it, five qualified volunteers are set the task
to build a commercially desirable house in 13 weeks on a strictly limited
budget and using only recycled materials.
