Disney Channels Worldwide Ups Key Execs

BURBANK: Sean Cocchia and David Cobb have both been promoted at Disney Channels Worldwide.

Cocchia has been named senior VP and general manager of Radio Disney, while Cobb becomes VP of business planning and strategy at Disney Channels Worldwide. Both report to Carolina Lightcap, the president of Disney Channels Worldwide. Cobb will also report to Jewell Engstrom, chief financial officer for Disney ABC Networks Group. Cocchia succeeds Michael Riley, who recently was named president of ABC Family. Cobb succeeds Cocchia.
