Disney-ABC-ESPN in Free-TV Agreement in Greece

LONDON/ATHENS, July 22:
Disney-ABC-ESPN Television has renewed its multi-year volume agreement with
Greek pubcaster ERT for a range of content to be aired on both terrestrial TV
and DTT.

The deal covers movies
from the portfolios of Walt Disney Pictures, Disney/Pixar, Touchstone Pictures
and Miramax Films, with titles such as Enchanted, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End and There Will Be Blood.

For younger viewers,
Disney Channel’s Camp Rock and
original series such as Hannah Montana, along with Playhouse Disney programs like My Friends Tigger &
Pooh
, will be available, with
select shows airing during ERT’s Disney-branded time slot.

ABC Studios’ hits such as Desperate
Housewives
, Lost, Criminal Minds and Ghost Whisperer will also have new seasons featured on ERT.
