Disney-ABC Content Heads to VOD in India

HONG KONG/NEW DELHI: India’s Aksh Optifibre has signed a multi-year VOD agreement with Disney-ABC International Television (Asia Pacific) to bring a collection of hit movies to its IPTV service, icontrol.

icontrol subscribers have access to a wide range of movies from Walt Disney Pictures, Disney/Pixar, Miramax Films and Touchstone Pictures. Titles on offer include Wall-E, 101 Dalmatians, Armageddon, George of the Jungle and Face Off. The service allows users to watch movies free of advertisements, with bookmarking featres with rewing, fast forward and pause options.
