Discovery Rolls Out Doki Line in Latin America

SILVER SPRING, November
21: Discovery Communications is launching a new line of branded merchandise for
the popular Discovery Kids' Doki character
in Latin America in time for the holiday season.

Discovery Enterprises
International, the sales arm of Discovery Communications, will roll out an
extensive range of licensed Doki products,
including a talking Doki plush toy available in Spanish- and
Portuguese-language versions.

Other Doki products include activity books with Brazilian
partner Editora Fundamento Educational, bicycles (Unibike), dinnerware
(Daysal), educational games
(Toyco) and backpacks (Mexma). Discovery has also partnered with Gran TV in
Argentina, Representaciones Doce in Chile and Exim Licensing Group to produce

America, appearing in interstitials on the network.

"Doki is the face
of Discovery Kids in Latin America, and we look forward to entertaining and
engaging children and their parents beyond the screen with this new line of
high-quality products and experiences that brings Doki to life," said Caleb
Weinstein
, the senior VP of Discovery Enterprises International.
