Deal on Nat Geo Kids’ Travel Show

TORONTO, October 9: Treehouse has come on board as the
Canadian broadcaster partner on Are We There Yet?, an unscripted travel-adventure series for kids from Sinking Ship
Entertainment and Cellar Door Productions, in association with National
Geographic Kids Entertainment.

The 39×7-minute series, which will be distributed in the
U.S. by NGKE, is slated to air in September 2007. “We are delighted to be in
business with Sinking Ship and Cellar Door on a project that is so spot on our
mission,” said Donna Friedman Meir, the president of NGKE. “This show will turn
the real world into a playground for real kids to explore, which is a concept
we know from early research that both kids and adults are excited about.”

Targeted to children aged 4 to 7, the show takes viewers on
a worldwide field trip through the eyes of show hosts 8-year-old Julian and his
6-year-old sister Rosalie and 8-year-old Molly and her 6-year-old brother Sam.
It will travel to 13 countries, including France, Peru, the U.K. and Germany.
