Danovitz Tapped for TiVo International Operations

ALVISO, October 3: TiVo Inc. has promoted Joshua Danovitz to
VP and general manager of its international businesses.

Danovitz joined the company in 2004 as the general manager
of TiVo International, developing the company’s overseas strategy and creating
cross-border partnerships.

Previously, Danovitz served as VP at Global Alliance
Partners, where he was a consultant for TiVo and was a core member of the TiVo
licensing project for nearly three years.

"Joshua has played a critical role in the development and
execution of our international strategy, initially forging our partnerships in
Mexico and Australia," said Tom Rogers, the CEO of TiVo. "This
strategy creates a clear path to develop opportunities with international
service providers and broadcasters to extend TiVo's reach into key markets
around the world."

TiVo has recently made progress in expanding its
international efforts. In September, the company announced that TiVo DVRs and
the TiVo Service would be available for the first time to Cablevision digital-cable
subscribers throughout Mexico City. In May, Seven Media Group and TiVo
announced that TiVo would be available in Australia in 2008.
