Cuban Targets Google, YouTube Over Unauthorized Content

DALLAS, March 8: Mark Cuban’s Magnolia Pictures has asked a
Texas federal court to issue a subpoena against Google as it seeks the identity
of a user who uploaded illegal copies of some of the studio’s releases to
Google Video and YouTube.

The films, according to a Reuters report, include the
documentary Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room and director Steven Soderbergh's Bubble. The subpoena, issued earlier this week, is seeking
the name of the user by March 20.
