Crime & Investigation to Spotlight Notorious Crime Family

LONDON: The Crime & Investigation Network has commissioned Eyeline Entertainment to produce the new crime documentary series At Home with The Noonans.

The six-episode one-hour series explores the lives of the Manchester crime family the Noonans. It is a co-production between Dare Films and Eyeline Entertainment and is directed by award-winning investigative reporter Donal MacIntyre (MacIntyre Undercover, A Very British Gangster) and produced by Eyeline Entertainment’s Duncan Napier-Bell. It is currently in production and expected to air in spring 2012.

Adam MacDonald, the VP of programming at A+E Networks UK, said: “We believe this documentary will fascinate viewers. This intimate and unvarnished depiction of Noonan family life will offer a real insight into a world rarely seen on British television. We are delighted to welcome Donal’s unique approach to directing, based on his years as a crime investigative journalist, on to the Crime & Investigation Network.”
