Classic Media Expands Licensee Roster for Tinga Tinga Tales

NEW YORK: Classic Media has signed up new consumer products partners for its animated preschool series Tinga Tinga Tales, with licensees on board for puzzles, games and Colorforms activity kits.

Ravensburger is to produce a line of puzzles based on the property, while Pressman Toy Corporation has signed up to create games. University Games will handle the creation of Colorforms activity products. These new licensees join master toy partner Bandai and master publishing partner Grosset & Dunlap for the U.S. launch of the preschool brand. The show makes its debut on Disney Junior on February 14 at 11 a.m. Bandai is set to release interactive toys in fall 2012.
