CIMG Ups Elzie to International Sales, Planning Role

LOS ANGELES, July 10: Jene Elzie has been promoted to VP of
international sales and strategic planning for Comcast International Media
Group (CIMG), overseeing the London-based sales team.

In her new role, Elzie will supervise the team responsible
for distribution of all CIMG programming in Europe, the Middle East and Africa,
as well as the company’s Latin America, ancillary and in-flight sales business.
She will work closely with CIMG’s Hong Kong office to increase programming
sales in the Asia-Pacific region. Additionally, she will focus on strategically
growing the CIMG brands globally with an emphasis on The Golf Channel and The
Style Network. She reports to Duccio
Donati, the senior VP of CIMG.

Prior to joining CIMG, Elzie was the head of programming and
acquisitions for The Tennis Channel, where she oversaw the fulfillment of
tennis and other programming rights deals as well as network scheduling,
traffic, management and the development of ancillary projects. She brokered
numerous tournament broadcast agreements, securing rights to some of the
premier competitions in tennis, including The French Open, Australian Open, US
Open Series, ATP Masters Series and Sony Ericsson WTA Tour tournaments.

Donati noted: "I’m delighted to recognize Jene for the
amazing work she has accomplished in only a short time since joining Comcast
International Media Group as executive director last year. Jene has quickly
become an invaluable member of our international sales team. This promotion
underscores our commitment to further growing our international division,
expanding our current brands, E! Entertainment Television and The Style Network,
as well as introducing and developing The Golf Channel, G4, Versus and Exercise
TV within the global marketplace."

"I’m excited about my expanded role and look forward to
working with Comcast’s international teams to enhance existing brand
opportunities, as well as to uncover new avenues for growth," Elzie said.
