CHUM Renews Local Version of Top Model

TORONTO,
November 1: CHUM Television has reached a deal with CBS Paramount International
Television for a second cycle of Canada's Next Top Model for launch on Citytv in the spring.

Jay
Manuel will host the Canadian version of The CW’s America's Next Top Model. He has been a fixture on the American edition
since the first season, serving as photo shoot art director and producer. He is
also the host of Style Network’s new series Style Her Famous.

“We've
had tremendous ratings success and viewer response with both America's Next
Top Model and Canada's Next Top
Model,” said Roma Khanna, the SVP
of content and co-head of CHUM Television. "Not only does Jay provide us
with natural synergies with the flagship show he is also a fan favorite. We are
absolutely thrilled that he will be coming home to Canada to take on the role
of host. He will be an integral part of the success of both shows."

The eight-part series is
produced by Temple Street Productions, in association with CBS Paramount International
Television and CHUM Television.
