Chello Zone Picks Up Fox Titles

LONDON, March 26: Chello
Zone has acquired the cable and satellite rights to a selection of feature
films and series from Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution to air on
its bouquet of channels—Zone Horror, Zone Reality and Zone Thriller.

The deal includes films
such as Kiss of Death and The
Punisher
, as well as TV shows
including Millennium, created
by Chris Carter and starring Terry O’Quinn (Lost), the reality series COPS and Remington Steele, starring Pierce Brosnan (Die Another Day).

Steve
Cole, Chello Zone’s senior VP of channels, commented, “We’re delighted to
further extend our relationship with Fox. The exciting range of high-quality
titles the studio offers enables us to acquire shows that work in numerous
countries on our many differently themed channels.”
