LONDON: DRG has sold the Channel 4 sitcom Peep Show to ABC in Australia, Super Channel in Canada, TV4 of Sweden and Hulu in the U.S.

ABC and Super Channel signed up for the all-new seventh season as network premieres. Online video service Hulu and TV4 in Sweden opted to start with season six. The long-running sitcom stars David Mitchell and Robert Webb as two dysfunctional flatmates who reveal their inner thoughts all the time.

Patrick Roberts, the senior VP of international sales at DRG, said “At 42 episodes, Peep Show is now the longest running Channel 4 commissioned sitcom. This incredibly sharp and witty series continues to delight existing broadcasters and attracts new audiences each year and underlines the export value of cool, modern comedies from the U.K. like Peep Show and The Inbetweeners.”
