CCI to Unveil Two New Docs at MIPDOC

TORONTO, March 28: CCI Entertainment will be bringing to MIPDOC two new
documentaries produced by Odd Squad Productions: Scathed and Stolen
Lives.

Scathed takes an in-depth look at crystal methamphetamine, a
highly addictive narcotic. Explored though the stories of teenage users,
healthcare workers and police, the doc aims to educate and inform through
real—and rough—examples.

Meanwhile, Stolen Lives delves into the criminal act of stealing cars
and the sometimes deadly consequences.

“We are so pleased to be
able to distribute these informative and edgy documentaries,” said Jill
Keenleyside, the executive VP of distribution for CCI Entertainment. “Both
films address extremely topical subjects in society today that should be a part
of a global dialogue.”
