CBS Slates 2010 Premieres

LOS ANGELES: The new reality series Undercover Boss is to premiere on CBS following coverage of Super Bowl XLIV on February 7, while The Amazing Race and Cold Case return February 14.

Undercover Boss follows high-level executives who anonymously slip into the inner workings of their company to work alongside their employees. The show watches as the executives get an uncensored look at the problems that lie within their organization, but also discover the unsung heroes who make the company run. Produced by Studio Lambert, the show will debut February 7 at 10 p.m., but moves to its regular time period on February 14 at 9 p.m.

The show will be part of a new two-hour reality block on CBS, paired with the 16th edition of The Amazing Race, which will air at 8 p.m. on Sundays. Cold Case takes the Sunday 10 p.m. time slot as of February 14.

Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains, the 20th edition of the series, premieres with a two-hour episode on February 11 at 8 p.m. The new installment will reunite some of the most memorable, heroic and controversial contestants from previous seasons of Survivor. There will also be a one-hour special, tentatively titled Surviving Survivor, on February 4 at 8 p.m. The program will revisit some of the greatest moments in the show’s history, and will follow up on the lives of some memorable castaways.

Live for the Moment, a one-hour special from Jeff Probst and Mark Burnett, will air January 28 at 8 p.m. Live for the Moment reveals how one person’s life-changing event inspired them to live life to the fullest.
