CANAL+ Reveals New Organization Structure

CANAL+ has revealed a new organizational structure in Ý Benelux & Central Europe.

Ý Benelux & Central Europe is evolving its executive committee under the leadership of Yassine Bouzoubaa, CEO of CANAL+ Benelux & Central Europe, who announced several new appointments.

Myriam Rakib is appointed as executive VP of business. She will report to Yassine Bouzoubaa, and her mission will be to strengthen commercial impact, develop synergies and harmonize methodologies and processes.

Erwan Luherne is appointed as executive VP of content and publishing. In this role, he will report to Bouzoubaa and will be responsible for developing our value proposition and overseeing content-related activities: acquisitions, original productions, channel publishing, as well as advertising sales across Ý Benelux & Central Europe markets.

Jeroen Bergman is appointed as executive VP of content partnerships. Jeroen will be in charge of acquiring third-party channels and platforms, in liaison and in synergy with Ý group.

In Switzerland, Myriam Rakib is handing over to Sophie Hedouin, appointed CEO of Ý Switzerland.

The management of activities in Romania is now led by Florina Pascu, appointed director of Focus Sat.
